How do iNotes Signatures work...

Hi,

In iNotes the signatures are stored in the user's iNotes profile document. The Notes' rich signature (which iNotes supports) is stored in the calendar profile document. Here's a summary that tells where each signature is used.

Signature_1 - iNotes profile
This is a text signature, not rich text and not html
HTMLSignature - iNotes profile
Is an iNotes only item that's stored in the inotes Profile and has the iNotes signatures that are created using iNotes and using an HTML editor
Signature_Rich - Calendar profile
This the Notes' new Rich Text signature that iNotes now supports.

I hope that helps
